We value:</p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Clinical Excellence</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Integrity</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Open Communication</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Teamwork</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Mutual Respect</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Passion for Helping Others</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p>At Cove Forge, you’ll join a team that inspires these values every day—both in our staff and in the individuals we serve.</p>\n<h4>Qualifications</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Licensed or license-eligible mental health professional.</li>\n <li>EMDR training and experience required.</li>\n <li>Strong commitment to evidence-based care and client-centered treatment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Apply psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions in the delivery of services to individuals and families for the purpose of treating such diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders.</li>\n <li>Conduct a psychosocial assessment and develop an initial discharge plan.</li>\n <li>Conduct individual, group or family sessions as appropriate for the treatment plan of the patient.</li>\n <li>Provide initial treatment planning for patient based on assessment and coordinate any additional services needed, revising as necessary.</li>\n <li>Maintain documentation of therapy services provided to each patient according to facility and professional standards and revising as indicated by facility or professional standard.</li>\n <li>Maintain a caseload as assigned.</li>\n <li>Participate in treatment team meetings and collaborate with other staff to facilitate services for the patient, as appropriate to their treatment plan.</li>\n <li>May provide these services in an inpatient or outpatient setting.</li>\n <li>May perform case management, discharge or after care planning as needed.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers always. When patient needs are not met, acknowledge and work to resolve complaints.
