Adhering to DOT regulations and safety protocols is a top priority, reflecting our dedication to upholding standards of excellence in everything we do.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Honor Commitments:</strong></p><ul><li>Shuttle trucks from Branch to Branch or Branch to customer: Fulfilling our commitment to timely and reliable transportation services, ensuring that trucks reach their destinations promptly and efficiently.</li></ul><p><strong>Create Positive Experiences:</strong></p><ul><li>Follow all DOT regulations: Prioritizing safety and compliance with regulations to create a positive experience for both drivers and customers, fostering trust and confidence in our services.</li></ul><p><strong>Foster Lifelong Learning:</strong></p><ul><li>Pre-trip Truck Inspections: Engaging in continuous learning by staying updated on safety protocols and performing thorough pre-trip inspections, fostering a culture of safety and professionalism.</li><li>Engage in all assigned learning modules: Demonstrating a commitment to personal and professional development, embracing opportunities to expand knowledge and skills</li></ul><p><strong>Exhibit Pioneering Spirit:</strong></p><ul><li>Troubleshoot the flow of traffic and road conditions: Demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness in navigating various traffic conditions and ensuring timely delivery, exhibiting a pioneering spirit in overcoming challenges.</li></ul><p><strong>Demonstrate Good Stewardship:</strong></p><ul><li>All other duties as assigned: Showing responsibility and accountability in completing additional tasks as required, demonstrating good stewardship of resources and a willingness to contribute to the team's success.</li></ul><p><strong>Other Duties as Assigned:</strong></p><ul><li>Adapt to the evolving needs of the organization and undertake additional responsibilities as required, reflecting our commitment to flexibility and responsiveness in meeting business objectives.</li></ul><p>The above list reflects the general details necessary to describe the principal and essential functions of the position and shall not be construed as the only duties that may be assigned for the position.</p><p>An individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities listed above.
