We are seeking a proactive and organized Logistics Officer to support day-to-day logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations across the country.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">The Logistics Officer will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and delivery of products, supporting last-mile distribution and inventory accuracy. This role reports directly to the Supply Chain Manager and works closely with warehouse staff, transporters, agents, and internal teams.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Logistics &amp; Distribution</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation of products from Production site to warehouses and from warehouses to distribution points.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Support the execution of distribution plans to ensure timely delivery of improved cookstoves and other products to agents and end-users.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Liaise with transporters and logistics service providers to ensure cost-effective and reliable delivery schedules.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Warehousing &amp; Inventory Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Assist in day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and stock organization.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Maintain accurate inventory records and support regular stock counts and reconciliations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Monitor stock movements and report discrepancies, damages, or losses promptly.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Operational Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Support the Supply Chain Manager in implementing logistics and inventory procedures and standard operating processes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Prepare basic logistics and inventory reports, including delivery status, stock levels, and transport costs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure proper documentation for all logistics and stock movements.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Compliance &amp; Safety</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure logistics and warehouse operations comply with company policies, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Support adherence to local transport, warehousing, and regulatory requirements in Ghana.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Collaboration &amp; Continuous Improvement</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Work closely with sales, field teams, and warehouse staff to support demand fulfillment and distribution efficiency.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Identify and communicate operational challenges and suggest practical improvements to logistics processes.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
