Geneva, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"line-height:110%;\">Minimum of 3 years of experience in the repair and maintenance of residential and commercial buildings.</span></span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"line-height:110%;\">Extensive hands-on experience in electrical, heating, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.</span></span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"line-height:110%;\">Proficiency in computer systems and software used for recordkeeping, maintenance requests, correspondence, and
