We value transparent communication and expect all team members&nbsp;to contribute to achieve the best outcomes while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Assist the oral surgeon during a variety of surgical procedures&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare treatment room for patient by following prescribed procedures and protocols&nbsp;</li><li>Take dental x-rays of excellent, diagnostic quality</li><li>Review patient Health History to ensure it is recorded accurately and completely&nbsp;</li><li>Serve as an infection control officer, developing infection control protocol, and preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment&nbsp;</li><li>Help patients feel comfortable before, during, and after surgical treatment&nbsp;</li><li>Provide patients with post-operative instructions for oral care following surgery or other oral treatment procedures, such as the placement of dental implants or extraction of third molars</li><li>Record doctor notes and vital sign information during a surgical procedure or office consultation</li><li>Perform office management tasks that often require the use of a personal computer&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential</li></ul>",
