Other duties may be assigned.</span>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Review production schedule to determine quantity and type of vinegar to produce.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Initiate startup, preparing equipment and materials, monitor and shut down each phase of batch operation.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Make routine field inspections of the tanks, pumps meters, valves, lines and motors to assure that all systems in the process are in working order.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Troubleshoot abnormal conditions and notify appropriate personnel as situation dictates.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Monitor production processes through system, determine problems and make adjustments t maintain desired operating conditions.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Conduct periodic laboratory analysis to monitor processes and log results.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Conduct cleaning procedures inside and outside of tanks and all work areas.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Receive raw materials, test samples and unload/load liquid bulk shipments.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Complete production reports and certificates of analysis.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Monitor weekly inventories of raw materials and finished product.</span> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Participate in month end cycle counts.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Overtime availability required (daily and rotating weekends)</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Follow safety rules and keep work area in a clean and orderly condition.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Responsible for food product quality and safety.</span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Responsible for flushing, and/or cleaning of tanks, equipment, containers and utensils as required. </span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.5in;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS</strong></span>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">High School Diploma preferred.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Fluid handling or plumbing experience preferred.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Use calculator, hoist, intoxilyzer, titrator, agitator, spectrophotometer, personal computer, forklift and hand tools.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Perform calculations and maintain accurate records of activities.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Must be able to work without close supervision.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Must be able to climb ladders and handle heights.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Must be able to perform on call duty on any shift and work overtime, on short notice basis.</span> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Long-term, temporary assignments to any shift any shift may be required to maintain manufacturing processes.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Continuous standing, walking and reaching.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Intermittent crouching/stooping, pushing/pulling, bending and lifting/lowering.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Frequent lifting of over 50 pounds without assistance, or up to 100 pounds with assistance.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Ability to work in a continuously hot environment.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Must be able to work full time on an ongoing basis.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Duties are performed with some exposure to noise, lubricants and chemicals.</span> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">May also work in area that are confined, dusty, and dirty or require personal protective equipment.</span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n",
