This role is focused on deconstructing a legacy 2-tier architecture and rebuilding it into a scalable, high-performance N-tier system.</p>\n<p>You will be the bridge between the past and the future—moving our logic out of SQL stored procedures and migrating our legacy C# frontend into a modern, responsive React/Redux ecosystem.</p>\n<div>\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<p><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Architectural Strategy: Define the roadmap for migrating a monolithic 2-tier application (Client/Server) to a decoupled, N-tier architecture.</li>\n <li>Legacy Deconstruction: Analyze legacy C# codebases and complex SQL stored procedures to identify business logic for extraction.</li>\n <li>Modernization Execution: Lead the shift of business logic from the database layer into a dedicated C#/.NET Business Logic Layer (BLL) or Microservices.</li>\n <li>Frontend Leadership: Direct the transition from legacy UI to a modern React.js frontend, utilizing Redux for robust state management using Vite, Material UI, Redux Toolkit, React Query, React Hook Form, and Styled Components/SCSS.</li>\n <li>Ensure cross-browser compatibility, visual consistency, and WCAG accessibility compliance.</li>\n <li>API Design: Architect and implement secure, RESTful APIs that serve as the communication backbone between the new frontend and the re-engineered backend.</li>\n <li>Technical Governance: Establish coding standards, design patterns (e.g., Repository, Unit of Work), and CI/CD pipelines tailored for modernization projects.</li>\n</ul>\n<div>\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<p><strong>Technical Requirements</strong></p>\n<table>\n <tr>Category Requirements\n </tr>\n <tbody>\n  <tr>\n   <td>Modernization</td>\n   <td>Proven experience moving logic from Stored Procedures to Application Code (Refactoring the \"Smart Database\" anti-pattern).</td>\n  </tr>\n  <tr>\n   <td>Frontend</td>\n   <td>Expert-level proficiency in React.js, Redux / Redux Toolkit, Vite, Material UI, React Query, React Hook Form, and Styled Components/SCSS and modern CSS frameworks (Bootstrap).</td>\n  </tr>\n  <tr>\n   <td>Backend</td>\n   <td>Strong mastery of C# and .NET (6/7/8/9&amp;#43;), specifically in building Web APIs and Service Layers (must have strong hands-on experience in RestSharp, Dapper, Fluent Validations etc.).</td>\n  </tr>\n  <tr>\n   <td>Database</td>\n   <td>Deep understanding of SQL Server; ability to read/debug complex legacy T-SQL and optimize new schemas.</td>\n  </tr>\n  <tr>\n   <td>Architecture</td>\n   <td>Solid grasp of N-tier architecture, Dependency Injection, and Microservices patterns.</td>\n  </tr>\n  <tr>\n   <td>Cloud/Containerization</td>\n   <td>Expert-level proficiency in Cloud (Azure), Docker and Kubernetes.</td>\n  </tr>\n  <tr>\n   <td>Cache Mechanism</td>\n   <td>Strong mastery in Redis for Cache Management</td>\n  </tr>\n </tbody>\n</table>\n<div>\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<p><strong>Experience &amp; Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Modernization Veteran: 15&amp;#43; years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5&amp;#43; years specifically leading Legacy-to-Modern migration projects.</li>\n <li>The \"2-to-N\" Specialist: Demonstrated success in breaking down 2-tier \"Fat Client\" or \"Fat DB\" systems into modular N-tier environments.</li>\n <li>Strategic Thinker: Ability to balance \"perfect\" architecture with business continuity.</li>\n <li>Communication: Ability to explain technical debt and architectural ROI to stakeholders who may only see the UI changes.</li>\n <li>Industry certifications would definitely be considered.</li>\n</ul>",
