Your Role: As a Sales Operation Manager, you will work with cross-functional teams to drive the success of our sales organization by designing and optimizing sales policies, managing operational processes, supporting incentive programs, reconciling customer payments, and delivering data-driven insights. This role serves as a critical operational backbone of the sales organization—building the systems, processes, and visibility that enable our sales teams to focus on customer engagement and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and support end-to-end sales execution processes across sales, finance, legal, and operations teams Manage day-to-day sales operations ensuring efficiency, compliance, and scalability Develop and refine sales policies aligned with business objectives Support sales incentive programs and ensure accurate commission payouts Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements Coordinate customer payment reconciliation with finance teams Maintain accurate sales data and reporting dashboards Support forecasting and provide data-driven insights Collaborate cross-functionally to align execution and strategy Basic Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related discipline. Experience: 8+ years of experience in retail, sales, or direct-to-user environments, with 2+ years in a management role. Automotive or tech industry experience is a plus. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a retail or sales environment. User Orientation: Strong focus on delivering high-touch, user-first experiences. Technology Fluency: Proficiency in CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce); data-literate and KPI-oriented. Collaboration: Able to work cross-functionally with teams in marketing, service, and operations. Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving company with ambitious goals.
