This role offers a hybrid schedule, balancing occasional on-site work with remote flexibility. At Care Hospice, we look for dedicated professionals who share our belief that true hospice care extends beyond medical needs—it’s about bringing dignity, peace, and human connection to every life we touch.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>We offer a supportive, growth-oriented environment along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Comprehensive Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Company matching 401(k) to secure your future</strong></li>\n <li><strong>A generous time-off package with 15 days of PTO & 10 Holidays to rest  and recharge</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Tuition Reimbursement & Certification Assistance to support your professional growth</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Wellness & Discount Programs to help you lead a healthy and balanced life</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Cell Phone, Mileage, & Gym Membership Reimbursement for your convenience</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Establish and enforce enterprise-wide analytics standards, including KPI definitions, metric logic, business hierarchies, and user-centered dashboard design</li>\n <li>Own the definition, governance, and interpretation of KPIs used across executive, operational, and regulatory reporting</li>\n <li>Serve as the analytic steward for master data and core business dimensions, ensuring consistency and reliability in partnership with Data Engineering</li>\n <li>Design intuitive, self-service analytics experiences that prioritize clarity, usability, and accurate interpretation</li>\n <li>Define and manage BI change control processes to ensure consistency and minimize reporting risk</li>\n <li>Partner with Data Engineering to maintain high standards of data quality, reliability, and performance</li>\n <li>Promote data literacy and adoption through documentation, training, and direct engagement with business users</li>\n <li>Act as a trusted advisor to business and clinical leaders, providing insight into data trends, limitations, and appropriate usage</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements in collaboration with Compliance and IT Security teams</li>\n <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Engineering, AI & Automation, and enterprise systems teams to align analytics with organizational strategy</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)</li>\n <li>5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data-related roles</li>\n <li>Strong experience with modern BI tools (e.g., Tableau or similar platforms)</li>\n <li>Deep understanding of data governance, master data management, and metric standardization</li>\n <li>Experience building and supporting self-service analytics in a governed, regulated environment</li>\n <li>Strong SQL skills and ability to work with underlying data models and transformations</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of data privacy, security, and access controls, ideally within healthcare</li>\n <li>Ability to translate business needs into governed analytic solutions and communicate insights to non-technical audiences</li>\n <li>Experience in healthcare, hospice, or other regulated industries preferred</li>\n <li>Prior experience in a lead or managerial BI role preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>$120,000 - $150,000 per year (Average Pay Range). The pay range listed represents a general guideline for the role and is not a guarantee of the final offer. Compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s relevant experience and the specific responsibilities of the position.
