The School Social Work intern is directly supervised by our School Social Worker and serves as a member of a broader student support team.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>● Work closely with students, parents, teachers, and administrators in grades K-8 toproblem-solve and support students’ social/emotional and behavioral well-being.</p><p>● Work 1:1 with students with a range of social/emotional challenges.</p><p>● Co-facilitate social skills groups.</p><p>● Create and implement student treatment plans</p><p>● Write up 2 weekly process recordings and individual case notes</p><p><br><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>● 2nd year social work program working towards a type 73</p><p>● Preferred specialization in schools</p><p><br><strong>Compensation & Academic Credit:</strong></p><p>This internship is unpaid.
