If you think you are an innovative, self-motivated team-player, and want to shape your community, join our WGI team today!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>WGI offers a complete Benefits package including: Medical, Dental, Vision, LTD & STD, Life Insurance, 401k with match, PTO, Holidays, HSA with company contribution, Pet insurance, and Employee assistance program.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-onsite</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Takes an active role in coaching, mentoring, and delegating responsibility to less-senior level staff; provides daily “on-the-job” training for team members. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Research project information. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Participate in client and subconsultant meetings </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Have a thorough understanding of LiDAR sensor technology, including GNSS/IMU data, and LiDAR calibration methodologie</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Adapt to and integrate new technologies in support of performing QA/QC for utility polesLiDAR </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop efficient workflows for training new associates </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Adhere to safety and information security policies </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Work well independently and as a team member </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Other duties as assigned </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Computer Science, or Business Administration required.  </li>\n <li>ASPRS Certified Mapping Scientist  (CMS) Or Certified Photogrammetrist (CP) preferred </li>\n <li>Minimum 5 years of experience using software tools and packages for LiDAR Processing</li>\n <li>Must have experience and working knowledge with software like ArcGIS, GeoCue, Global Mapper, Inertial Explorer, LAStools, LP360, Optech-LMS, POSPac MMS, QTModeler, RiPROCESS, and TerraSolid</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
