The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the architectural millwork industry, possess strong analytical, be a self-starter, have strong problem-solving skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment. font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"color: #595959; font-size: 16px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">At least 5 years of experience in estimating custom millwork projects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #595959; font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"color: #595959; font-size: 16px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Strong knowledge of millwork materials, methods, and processes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #595959; font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"color: #595959; font-size: 16px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Ability to read and interpret construction documents and plans.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #595959; font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"color: #595959; font-size: 16px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #595959;
