    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div id=\"isPasted\"><p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p><p>We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Director specializing in C4ISR/C5ISR systems to lead our development, integration, and operational strategies.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li><strong>Leadership:</strong> Provide strategic leadership for the C4ISR/C5ISR program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.</li><li><strong>System Design &amp; Integration:</strong> Oversee the design, development, and integration of complex C4ISR systems, ensuring interoperability and compliance with industry standards.</li><li><strong>Technical Oversight:</strong> Lead technical teams in the implementation of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies in C4ISR/C5ISR operations.</li><li><strong>Stakeholder Collaboration:</strong> Collaborate with customers to understand their emerging needs and implement technology solutions to meet them.</li><li><strong>Research &amp; Development:</strong> Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in C4ISR/C5ISR systems, recommending enhancements and innovations.</li><li><strong>Quality Assurance:</strong> Establish and enforce quality control standards for all C4ISR/C5ISR projects, ensuring reliability and security of systems.</li><li><strong>Mentorship:</strong> Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master&rsquo;s degree preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 10 years of experience in C4ISR/C5ISR systems, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.</li><li>Proficient in C4ISR/C5ISR architectures, system integration, and relevant technologies (e.g., AI, machine learning, data analytics).</li><li>Knowledgeable with all aspects of the new business capture process.</li><li>Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, or related) are a plus.</li><li>Must be a US citizen and either possess or be able to obtain a security clearance.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Key Competencies:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.</li><li>Strategic thinking with a focus on innovation and efficiency.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong><em>Physical Demands &amp; Work Environment</em></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li><em>Work is typically performed in an office setting.</em></li><li><em>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs, talk, hear and see.</em></li><li><em>Must have the ability to lift 15-25 pounds</em></li><li><em>Must be able to read, write and speak English.</em></li></ul><p><em>All job requirements in the job description provided indicate the minimum level of knowledge, skills, and/or abilities deemed necessary to perform the job competently.
