They facilitate a relationship culture and promote our products and services by cultivating personal and business lending and deposit relationships while advocating for the communities in which they work and live.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Lending &amp; Relationships:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Grow existing bank relationships through trusted and professional business communications with internal and external customers.</li><li>Prospect bank lending and deposit relationships through community advocacy and involvement in civic and community functions.&nbsp;</li><li>Process business and personal loan applications and gathers supporting documents for loan underwriting.</li><li>Perform financial analysis for credit decisions and presents to credit committee as part of the decision process.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with Bank partners to make and receive internal product and service referrals.</li></ul><p>Branch Operations and Compliance:</p><ul><li>Oversee branch operations and recommend product changes and service development to ensure customer satisfaction and bank profitability.</li><li>Implements and monitors compliance measures, addressing issues as they arise and finding solutions to mitigate risk and enhance Branch performance.</li><li>Meet regularly with Branch staff to communicate changes to policies and procedures and facilitate ongoing training and coaching to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.</li><li>Maintain a working knowledge of State and Federal banking regulations and enforce branch compliance with applicable banking regulations, laws, and guidelines.</li><li>Use extensive regulatory and procedural knowledge to understand, approve, and override transactions while mitigating risk to the Bank and our customers.</li></ul><p>Personnel Management:</p><ul><li>Oversee the training, mentoring, coaching, and supervision of retail banking staff to ensure adherence to branch policy, procedures, security, and operational requirements.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Competencies:</strong></p><p>The ideal candidate for a Branch Manager possesses a combination of education and experience to be able to perform the primary duties of this position with little supervision, <u>managing multiple projects simultaneously</u>. They <u>adapt easily</u> to system, process, product, and service changes, and are able to <u>reason, solve problems and think critically</u>.
