    "requisitionDescription": "<p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">The Project Manager - Clinical and Operational Innovation is responsible for managing complex projects that integrate data analytics, process improvement, and traditional project management. Reporting directly to the Manager of Program Management &amp; Analytics, this position ensures projects meet objectives, deliver measurable value, and support operational and strategic decision-making across the organization. This role emphasizes on-site presence to build and sustain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders through in-person engagement.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Leads and manages multiple complex projects and project teams from original conception through final implementation.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develops and maintains project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful project execution and on-time, on-budget delivery.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Defines project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with leaders and stakeholders; tracks progress, and identifies/resolves issues related to the project.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Utilizes business intelligence and data analytics to gather insights, drive data-backed decision-making, and improve operational efficiency.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Designs, develops, and maintains data visualization dashboards using tools like Tableau to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track project benefits realization, and present complex information clearly to stakeholders.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Applies advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for detailed data analysis, modeling, and reporting.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Leads process mapping and workflow analysis to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement within operational and project delivery processes.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develops and implements standardized operating procedures (SOPs) informed by data insights to optimize processes and governance.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Leads project team meetings, develops a clear vision of project objectives, and motivates the team to achieve peak performance.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Acts as the central liaison and single point of contact for assigned projects, effectively communicating with and managing stakeholder expectations at all levels of the organization.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Serves as a visible and accessible point of contact for stakeholders during all project phases.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conducts on-site observations, walk-throughs, and assessments as needed to support project success.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Job Specification:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a work-related discipline/field (e.g., Business, Data Science, Operations Management, Finance, or equivalent) from an accredited college is required. Master&rsquo;s degree highly desirable.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Minimum of four (4) to six (6) years of progressive responsibility in project management or a related analytical/operations role.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of experience directly leading and managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proven expertise in data analysis, process mapping, and dashboard development.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience utilizing data visualization tools such as Tableau.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Commitment to an on-site schedule with flexibility to adjust based on project phases and stakeholder needs.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with comfort engaging stakeholders face-to-face.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Demonstrated ability to analyze data, write analytical reports, make executive-level presentations, and lead high-stakes meetings.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean, PMP, or Business Analysis (CBAP) are desirable but not required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Covid vaccine preferred.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><em>EEO Statement</em></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>Element Care is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
