You’ll have the opportunity to engage in all phases of project delivery—from early planning through construction—and contribute to the growth and direction of our team.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Bring</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.S. or M.S. in Civil or Structural Engineering</li>\n<li>8+ years of relevant experience</li>\n<li>Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain within six months</li>\n<li>Knowledge of AutoCAD; MassDOT experience preferred</li>\n<li>Experience or interest in bridge design and analysis</li>\n<li>Clear communication skills, both written and verbal</li>\n<li>A collaborative mindset and strong work ethic</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Flexibility &amp; Work Environment</span></p>\n<p>We recognize that flexibility plays a key role in professional satisfaction.
