    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong><u>Job Summary:</u></strong></p><p>As the Sr Director for Monitoring &amp; Connectivity, you will set and drive the strategic vision for Masimo’s interconnected monitoring systems and connectivity solutions.&nbsp; You will oversee global marketing, product lifecycle management, new product introductions, product positioning, strategic messaging, and launch execution across acute care, alternate care, and consumer segments. to accelerate growth&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Lead development and execution of global marketing strategies for interconnected monitoring platforms and connectivity solutions.</li><li>Manage the product life cycle to include new product introductions, and end of life activities.</li><li>Bridge product vision with commercial outcomes—including brand positioning, value messaging, product launches, and revenue growth.</li><li>Ensure alignment with broader commercial marketing and downstream activities</li><li>Translate technical product functionality into compelling customer-centric value propositions for hospitals, healthcare systems, and alternate care providers.</li><li>Define go‑to‑market plans: segmentation, targeting, positioning, pricing, campaigns across channels (digital, field, events).</li><li>Analyze market dynamics, competition, and customer insights to inform strategic pivots and investment decisions.</li><li>Collaborate across R&amp;D, Product Management, Engineering, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, Sales, and Marketing Communications—ensuring unified messaging and seamless product rollouts.</li><li>Own product roadmap marketing, launch timelines, and lifecycle planning across connectivity platforms.</li><li>Oversee all launch phases through pre‑market to full market availability, including training, collateral, and field enablement.</li><li>Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing, cross-functional marketing team globally.</li><li>Enable marketing excellence through collaboration with Sales, Clinical, Engineering, Technical Services, and Marketing teams.</li><li>Define key performance indicators to measure campaign effectiveness, market penetration, ROI, and adoption.</li><li>Utilize market intelligence, competitive data, and customer feedback to continuously refine marketing strategy</li><li>Serve as a strategic voice within the executive leadership team.</li><li>Manage marketing resources and budgets to maximize ROI and operational efficiency.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Minimum &amp; Preferred Qualifications and Experience:&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Ten years of demonstrated success in Marketing/Management/Commercial responsibility, ideally in the medical device industry.</li><li>3 years of experience leading global marketing teams</li><li>Very strong business acumen (or commensurate training)</li><li>Deep knowledge of monitoring technologies and connectivity solutions.</li><li>Strong background in healthcare technology, information technology and networking.</li><li>Strong strategic, analytical, and critical thinking skills.</li><li>Ability to anticipate and articulate future possibilities and trends</li><li>Strong writing and speaking skills</li><li>Excellent teamwork skills</li><li>Advanced ability with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven leadership, orientation to customer and team needs, creativity, and a “do whatever it takes attitude”&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong><u>Education:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field required.&nbsp;</li><li>MBA/advanced degree is desired.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Compensation</strong></p><p><i>The anticipated salary range for this position is $195,000 - $285,000 plus benefits.&nbsp;Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, and experience.
