This role will be Full-time Day Shift: 7am-7pm (3 12hr shifts). Inova Fair Oak's Progressive Care Unit is comprised of 36 beds. Patients admitted require cardiac telemetry monitoring and frequently have cardiac, renal, respiratory, and/or gastrointestinal disease processes. If RN has an associate’s degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.</li>\n <li><strong>Experience</strong>: Requires a minimum of 1-year Registered Nurse clinical experience in the acute care setting.</li>\n <li><strong>Certification:&nbsp;</strong>Currently licensed&nbsp;as a Registered Nurse in the State of Virginia or hold a privilege to practice in the State of Virginia under the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC). Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification from the American Heart Association required upon start.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:.375in;\"><i><strong>**Two years of progressive care experience is strongly preferred.**</strong></i></p>",
