This role focuses on <strong>security operations, continuous monitoring, incident response, and automation</strong> across a hybrid environment (on-prem + Azure cloud).</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead cybersecurity operations across enterprise systems and networks</li><li>Perform continuous monitoring, threat detection, and threat hunting</li><li>Analyze logs from SIEM, EDR, NDR, and other security tools</li><li>Execute and improve incident response processes and procedures</li><li>Develop and implement security automation (SOAR) capabilities</li><li>Manage and optimize tools including Microsoft Defender, Azure Security, and CDM tools</li><li>Ensure compliance with <strong>NIST, FISMA, and CISA directives</strong></li><li>Collaborate with CISO and stakeholders to improve security posture</li><li>Develop SOPs, policies, and operational documentation</li><li>Generate metrics and reporting for risk and performance management</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 6+ years (Senior Level)</li><li>Strong knowledge of:<ul><li>SIEM, SOAR, EDR, NDR</li><li>Microsoft Azure &amp; M365 security</li><li>Cisco networking and firewalls</li></ul></li><li>Experience with:<ul><li>Incident response</li><li>Threat hunting</li><li>Security automation</li></ul></li><li>Knowledge of:<ul><li>NIST, FISMA, federal cybersecurity frameworks</li></ul></li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Certifications</strong></p><ul><li>CISSP, CEH, Security+, or equivalent</li></ul></div>\n",
