Baesman Group, a nationally recognized marketing services provider of direct to consumer and in store marketing strategy and execution, is seeking a driven Account Executive to grow our business through new client acquisition and strategic relationship development. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with experience in commercial print, direct mail, or marketing services who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and closing new business.
This is a hunter focused role responsible for developing new opportunities and introducing clients to Baesman’s print and marketing solutions.
Prospect and develop new business opportunities within target markets
Build relationships with decision makers from marketing teams to procurement
Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and challenges
Sell solutions, including commercial print, direct mail, and marketing services
Manage a consistent pipeline to meet or exceed sales goals
Track activity and opportunities in CRM
Partner with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding
Requirements
3+ years of B2B sales experience in the print industry.
Experience selling commercial print, direct mail, or marketing services.
Proven ability to prospect and generate new business.
Strong communication and relationship building skills.
Self motivated and goal oriented.
Experience managing a sales pipeline or CRM.
