The VP of Finance will provide enterprise-wide financial leadership, overseeing capital structure, financial strategy, enterprise risk management, and long-term value creation across a global organization.</p><p>This role partners closely with the CEO, President, CAO, and Board of Directors to shape corporate strategy, optimize capital allocation, and drive sustainable growth.</p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO, President, CAO, and Board of Directors</li><li>Lead enterprise financial planning, forecasting, and value creation initiatives</li><li>Own capital structure strategy, liquidity planning, and debt management</li><li>Oversee group consolidation, governance, and financial controls</li><li>Drive capital allocation decisions, including capital expenditures, strategic investments, and M&amp;A initiatives</li><li>Establish and oversee enterprise risk management and governance frameworks</li><li>Develop global tax strategy and ensure regulatory and financial compliance</li><li>Lead financial communications with lenders, investors, and the Board (as applicable)</li><li>Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global finance organization</li></ul><h3><strong>Success in This Role Looks Like</strong></h3><ul><li>Demonstrated EBITDA growth and measurable enterprise value creation</li><li>Strong balance sheet performance and optimized capital structure</li><li>Clear, accurate, and strategic Board-level reporting</li><li>Successful execution of strategic investments and M&amp;A initiatives</li><li>Robust governance, compliance, and risk management practices</li></ul><h3><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience</strong></h3><ul><li>CPA or equivalent professional designation required (MBA considered an asset)</li><li>20+ years of progressive finance leadership experience</li><li>Prior VP of Finance or Divisional VP of Finance experience strongly preferred</li><li>Experience leading global, multi-entity organizations</li><li>Strong expertise in capital markets, debt structuring, and banking relationships</li><li>Background in privately owned, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred</li><li>Excellent executive presence and Board-level communication skills</li><li>Bilingual in English and French (required). 85% of daily communications with CEO, President and CAO is in English.
