You thrive in a fast paced environment and work effectively across multiple teams.</span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">As the <strong>Paid Social Manager</strong>, you will work closely with the Director of Acquisition Marketing and our agency partner to drive customer <strong><em>value maximization and retention</em></strong> through paid social channels.</span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>What You Will Do:</strong></span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"margin-left:0.25in;\" dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"color: black;background-color: white;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Optimize, analyze, and report on paid social marketing acquisition performance to support the strategy and business goals of the performance marketing division.</span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li style=\"margin-left:0.25in;\" dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"color: black;background-color: white;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Evaluate the effectiveness of paid social marketing campaigns by tracking campaign response and providing feedback on findings with actionable recommendations for performance improvements across all social platforms.</span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li style=\"margin-left:0.25in;\" dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"color: black;background-color: white;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Develop and maintain social planning/monitoring tools to measure key performance metrics by social channel, ad, and audience.
