The Account Associate provides efficient and accurate preparation and follow up of quotations, orders and acknowledgements, logistics support, and schedules.</p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><strong><u>Essential Responsibilities:</u></strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Coordinate with the customer representatives and field sales team to provide quotes, orders, and acknowledgements.</li>\n\t<li>Work within company-specific software to run reports</li>\n\t<li>Administrative and data entry duties</li>\n\t<li>Knowledge of outlook, teams, and phone etiquette to communicate with other departments and customers</li>\n\t<li>Claiming Purchase Orders from Customer Portals</li>\n\t<li>Provide support to the external sales team</li>\n\t<li>Ability to read and understand customer fixture plans and store layouts in preparation of quote/order entry</li>\n\t<li>Supports internal divisions daily account management activities</li>\n\t<li>Root cause analysis and corrective action of problem areas during sales process.</li>\n\t<li>Create, maintain, and revise as needed, department processes, procedures, and standard work.</li>\n\t<li>Proactive approach to personal and company continuous improvement</li>\n\t<li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><strong><u>Requirements for Effective Performance:</u></strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Associate degree preferred, or a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support, account coordination, or project coordination</li>\n\t<li>Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and stay organized</li>\n\t<li>Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and communicate clearly</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><strong><u>Skills/Abilities/Specifications:</u></strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)</li>\n\t<li>Ability to prioritize tasks</li>\n\t<li>Exceptional attention to detail</li>\n\t<li>Ability to apply critical thinking concepts to solve complex problems</li>\n\t<li>Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><strong><u>Behavioral &amp; Environmental Requirements:</u></strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Maintain a positive work attitude.
