This is a rare opportunity to take on high-profile Musco sports lighting projects along the East Coast—from<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Maryland, Northern Virginia, and Washington DC down through Florida</span>.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We want a<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">hands-on leader</span><span> </span>who can run crews, solve problems in the field, and deliver top-tier sports lighting systems. If you have the skills to build and service Musco systems from the ground up—and the drive to lead a winning crew—this role is for you. #ZR</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and work alongside a crew of journeymen, operators, and helpers.</li>\n<li>Plan, schedule, and lay out all phases of sports lighting construction.</li>\n<li>Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are on-site and ready ahead of schedule.</li>\n<li>Coordinate with general contractors, inspectors, and owners/end-users.</li>\n<li>Enforce safety standards, conduct inspections, and investigate incidents.</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot motors, controls, circuits, and related equipment.</li>\n<li>Review and interpret blueprints, site plans, and specifications.</li>\n<li>Supervise field operations—rigging, trenching, pole setting, and high-work installations (30–150 ft).</li>\n<li>Manage paperwork, reporting, and cost coding accurately.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">5+ years’ experience</span><span> </span>in<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">sports lighting &amp; electrical construction</span><span> </span>(Musco experience required).</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Journeyman Electrician license</span><span> </span>and<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CDL</span><span> </span>strongly preferred.</li>\n<li>Strong crew leadership skills—able to motivate, direct, and hold teams accountable.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of NEC, construction standards, and safe work practices.</li>\n<li>Tech-savvy enough to handle Microsoft Office, email, and field reporting.</li>\n<li>Willingness to travel and stay out of town for projects.</li>\n<li>Strong physical capability: lifting up to 80 lbs, climbing poles/ladders, and performing overhead work.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Working Conditions</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Outdoor work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow).</li>\n<li>Work at heights (30–150 ft) using bucket trucks, lifts, scaffolds, or catwalks.</li>\n<li>Regular use of ladders, power tools, trenchers, and heavy equipment.</li>\n<li>Requires personal tool belt (~30 lbs).</li>\n<li>Overtime and travel required based on project demand.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits &amp; Perks</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Company-paid life and disability insurance</li>\n<li>Medical, dental, and vision coverage</li>\n<li>Prescription drug plan</li>\n<li>Paid holidays and PTO</li>\n<li>401(k) retirement plan</li>\n<li>Career growth opportunities with a 30+ year industry leader</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why LMI?</span></span></p>\n<p>For over 30 years, Lighting Maintenance Inc. has been a trusted partner in sports lighting, roadway lighting, and traffic signal projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast.
