    "description": "<h2>Subsidiary</h2>New Millennium\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>This internship is only available to high school students in NE Indiana. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Learn AutoCAD fundamentals to prepare deck and joist layouts</li>\n <li>Help promote philanthropy activities to develop communication skills </li>\n <li>Prepare deck and joist layout plans and sections using AutoCAD</li>\n <li>Prepare RFI’s and coordinate project details with customers, steel detailers, engineers and others</li>\n <li>Calculate joist and girder loading based on design loading provided on contract documents</li>\n <li>Handle multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced, production driven environment</li>\n <li>Meet schedules for assigned projects</li>\n <li>Other duties as necessary</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Candidates should have an interest in a career where they'll utilize 2D/3D Drafting & Modeling Software</li>\n <li>Candidates must be enrolled in a high school entering their senior year</li>\n <li>Must possess skills to solve Algebra problems</li>\n <li>Preferred cumulative high school GPA of at least 2.7</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Steel Dynamics, Inc., and all affiliated entities are equal opportunity employers. </strong></em></p>",
