Position Purpose
As PGL's Marketing Strategist, you will execute marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, market growth, customer acquisition, and revenue expansion. This role integrates traditional marketing with advanced data analytics and artificial intelligence technologies to enhance decision-making, optimize campaign performance, and create highly personalized customer engagement strategies.
The Marketing Strategist will help with the design and implementation of data-driven marketing strategies that leverage AI-powered insights, predictive analytics, and automation to improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency. This position ensures alignment between marketing initiatives and organizational objectives.
The Marketing Strategist collaborates cross-functionally with executive leadership, sales, operations, and technology teams to translate market intelligence into actionable growth strategies. This role will also help to oversee brand management, market positioning, and digital transformation initiatives that strengthen the organization’s competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Design and manage marketing strategies using all necessary tools
Research products, services, competitors, and current strategies to identify new opportunities
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend monitoring to inform strategic marketing decisions.
Establish measurable marketing goals, performance metrics, and return-on-investment benchmarks.
Implement and oversee AI-powered marketing technologies to enhance campaign optimization, customer segmentation, and predictive modeling.
Utilize machine learning and advanced analytics tools to identify customer behavior patterns and forecast market demand.
Deploy marketing automation platforms and intelligent CRM integrations to improve lead generation, nurturing, and conversion rates.
Leverage AI-driven content generation, personalization engines, and digital targeting tools to enhance customer engagement.
Research products, services, competitors, and current strategies to identify new opportunities
Implement personalized marketing strategies based on behavioral data and AI-driven insights.
Optimize website performance, digital customer journeys, and online brand visibility.
Ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all digital platforms.
Establish marketing performance dashboards and data visualization tools to monitor campaign effectiveness.
Utilize advanced analytics and AI-assisted reporting tools to measure marketing performance and guide strategic adjustments.
Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing, and sales performance metrics to forecast trends
Continuously evaluate and improve marketing processes through automation and technology adoption.
Partner with sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with revenue generation strategies.
Support product development and service innovation through market insights and customer feedback analysis.
Collaborate with IT and data teams to implement and maintain marketing technology infrastructure.
Create, maintain, and distribute dashboards showing achievement of critical metrics regarding lead generation, online analytics, website traffic, and other KPIs
Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools
Encourage experimentation with emerging marketing technologies and AI-enabled tools.

Education and Experience
Years of Experience: 1-3 years of strong knowledge and experience in Marketing/Agency work is a plus
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, art, marketing, communications, or related field experience
Knowledge
