Extensive experience managing large scale multi-million-dollar project work across different construction vertical markets. Experience managing the installation of mission critical infrastructure for data center new build and retrofit projects is highly preferred. Experienced in managing all contracting and project delivery methods - lump sum / fixed price, cost plus, GMP, unit price / rate, design-build, time and material. Experience managing construction teams of 50-100+ technicians on project sites. Experience with industry leading manufacturer products and solutions. Preferred professional certifications: OSHA-30 Hour certification (if not certified at time of hire, certifications must be obtained within first six (6) months of employment) BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) BICSI Registered Telecommunications Project Manager (RTPM) PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Supervisory Responsibility: This position will have direct reports. Experience overseeing and managing large structured cabling projects and/or data center construction projects highly preferred.</li>\n <li>Extensive experience managing large scale multi-million-dollar project work across different construction vertical markets.</li>\n <li>Experience managing the installation of mission critical infrastructure for data center new build and retrofit projects is highly preferred.</li>\n <li>Experienced in managing all contracting and project delivery methods - lump sum / fixed price, cost plus, GMP, unit price / rate, design-build, time and material.</li>\n <li>Experience managing construction teams of 50-100+ technicians on project sites.</li>\n <li>Experience with industry leading manufacturer products and solutions.</li>\n <li>Preferred professional certifications:\n  <ul>\n   <li>OSHA-30 Hour certification (if not certified at time of hire, certifications must be obtained within first six (6) months of employment)</li>\n   <li>BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD)</li>\n   <li>BICSI Registered Telecommunications Project Manager (RTPM)</li>\n   <li>PMI Project Management Professional (PMP)</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Supervisory Responsibility:</strong></p>\n<p>This position will have direct reports.</p>\n<p><strong>Work Location and Travel:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p>On project site daily with up to 20% travel</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><i>Note: This job description outlines the general nature of the responsibilities and duties executed by this position.&nbsp; Other responsibilities and duties may be assigned as reasonably needed or required.</i></p>",
