Behave in manner consistent with FOCUS values. </li>\n <li>Participates in educational activities, performance improvement activities, hospital committees, and other related activities.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master Degree in Social Work preferred from a school accredited by the Council on Social Work Education</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>License(s)/Certification(s):</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons</li>\n <li>Possesses an Iowa Social Work License (LMSW or LISW) or obtain within 6 months of hire</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>One-year previous social work experience in a health care setting required</li>\n</ul>",
