font-size: 12pt\">Checks assignment sheets and message board for any additional responsibilities or requests upon completing guard station rotations and before taking breaks</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintains and stores equipment properly</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrates consistent, fair and equal treatment in disciplinary action, enforcing rules politely and with a positive attitude</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Works closely with the Recreation Services Supervisor and Recreation Programs Supervisor to ensure quality communication between Aquatics and other divisions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Attends in-service training sessions and meetings</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Handles patron and staff complaints while on duty and/or refers them to a manager, if appropriate</span><br></li>\n</ol>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">a combination of education and experience.
