This safety-sensitive role is essential to vessel operations, passenger safety, and maintaining the polished presentation of our dining and sightseeing cruises.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About Us</strong></p><p>Nashville Riverboats delivers unforgettable sightseeing cruises, dining experiences, weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations. We blend Southern hospitality, live entertainment, and scenic river cruising into one-of-a-kind experiences.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Support the Captain with line handling, docking, and navigation duties</li><li>Ensure passenger safety during boarding, cruising, and disembarking</li><li>Maintain vessel cleanliness (decks, restrooms, public spaces, exterior)</li><li>Assist with mooring, fueling, potable water intake, and waste removal</li><li>Participate in required safety drills and emergency procedures</li><li>Perform routine maintenance including washing, painting, and detailing</li></ul><p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><ul><li>Must be 18+ with valid state-issued ID</li><li>Ability to swim 100 yards and tread water for 3 minutes</li><li>Physically able to lift, carry, and assist passengers in emergencies</li><li>Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions</li><li>Ability to work long, flexible shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays)</li><li>Team-oriented with strong situational awareness</li><li>High school diploma</li><li>Ability to pass pre-employment and random USCG drug and alcohol testing</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive Pay</li><li>Health and Ancillary Benefits</li><li>401(k) with Employer Match</li><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>Subsidized Parking</li><li>Complimentary Cruise Tickets &amp; Employee Discounts</li></ul><p><strong>This is an excellent entry point into marine operations with clear pathways toward vessel leadership. &nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><em>This position does not require any overnight stay onboard the vessel, and lodging is not provided.</em></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Ready to set sail?
