    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span>Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Follows, without exception, all work instructions and safety policies, including use of all PPE and safety equipment</span></li>\n <li><span>Performs routine preventive maintenance checks on all production equipment and machinery</span></li>\n <li><span>Repairs basic mechanical components and replace parts on machines such as bearings, filters, wiring, valves, gauges and switches</span></li>\n <li><span>Observes and listens to mechanical devices in operation to locate causes of problem</span></li>\n <li><span>Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts</span></li>\n <li><span>Lubricates and cleans machinery and support equipment to maintain housekeeping and preventive maintenance standards within the plant</span></li>\n <li><span>Accomplishes all work orders to maintain safety; reduce downtime; decrease scrap; improve quality production; and improve plant efficiency</span></li>\n <li><span>Follows all safety rules and procedures including Lockout/Tagout program, housekeeping and observes the operations to insure a safe work environment&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Troubleshoot equipment failures to determine root cause and initiate appropriate remedial action.</span></li>\n <li><span>Repair of equipment to improve availability and reliability for production.</span></li>\n <li><span>Collect and analyze work delay codes to identify challenges to timely completion of scheduled jobs and work with available resources to reduce delays.</span></li>\n <li><span>Ensure preventative maintenance compliance and that repair history is properly documented.</span></li>\n <li><span>Assist in sourcing and requisitioning maintenance supplies, equipment, and services within budgeted guidelines.</span></li>\n <li><span>Performs other related duties as assigned</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Three to five years of work experience in a manufacturing plant as a Maintenance Mechanic or Technician</span></li>\n <li><span>Knowledge and experience working with high-speed equipment and electric-pneumatic controls.</span></li>\n <li><span>Able to use both a MIG welder, and ARC welder.</span></li>\n <li><span>Able to order parts and maintain inventory of all maintenance-related material.</span></li>\n <li><span>Advanced working knowledge on mechanical/electrical systems and components; including, but not limited to, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Pumps, Gear Boxes, Power Transmission, Material Handling, Sensor, Transmitters, DC and AC circuits, Transformers, Power and Energy, Arc Flash</span></li>\n <li><span>Working knowledge and experience on Automation; Industrial Process and Control system; PLC; Measuring Devices; Instrumentation; Robotic Application; Bulk Handling System</span></li>\n <li><span>Working knowledge and experience on Facility Maintenance (Roof, Dock, plumbing) and Plant Equipment (Boiler, Air Compressors, Ammonia/Freon/Glycol Refrigeration, HVAC, Ventilation, Cooling Tower, Condenser, Backflow preventer, Sprinkler and Fire Extinguisher, Wastewater System, …)</span></li>\n <li><span>Planning, scheduling &amp; assigning ability while well experienced in defining priorities, required skills &amp; resources.</span></li>\n <li><span>Hold practical knowledge of Microsoft Office.</span></li>\n <li><span>Multitasked in a fast-paced environment with lots of changes in direction bases business requirement.</span></li>\n <li><span>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to work collaboratively and effectively with other departments.&nbsp;</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
