    "description": "<h2>Position Summary</h2>\n<p><strong>Baptist Health Walker Hospital</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Float Pool</strong></p>\n<p>Full Time - Three 12 hour shifts</p>\n<p>7p-7a </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Provides advanced nursing care for patients requiring complex assessments, therapies, and high-intensity interventions.</p></li>\n <li><p>Analyzes assessment data to anticipate changes and respond quickly to evolving patient conditions.</p></li>\n <li><p>Prioritizes critical information to take immediate, evidence-based, patient-focused action.</p></li>\n <li><p>Monitors and manages specialized equipment and interprets data such as cardiac rhythms and hemodynamic pressures.</p></li>\n <li><p>Responds to emergencies and life-threatening situations according to established protocols and standards of care.</p></li>\n <li><p>Assesses patient needs, develops and evaluates individualized care plans, and advocates for patients and families.</p></li>\n <li><p>Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams while coordinating and delegating patient care activities.</p></li>\n <li><p>Documents care accurately and maintains clinical competency while modeling professionalism and supporting departmental goals.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education/Training </strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Graduate of an approved school of nursing. Meets all mandatory, developmental, and performance competency requirements for Baptist Health unit/department. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Licensure/Certification </strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintains current State of Alabama RN license.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.  </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Experience </strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>1 year experience required unless approved by AVP level or above. </li>\n <li>Experience in critical care or progressive care is highly preferred.</li>\n</ul>",
