May include cleaning and preparing a job site, loading, and delivering materials, and using a variety of tools and machines.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong>•Under the supervision of a higher-level operation or maintenance employee, performs a variety of tasks in the maintenance, repair or operation of various installations and facilities.•Assist welders, carpenters, painters, or other tradespeople on-site.•Clean up worksites from debris and machinery.•Handle and transport materials, i.e., cement.•Handle power tools and materials, i.e., such as saws and drills.•Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks i.e., digging, stacking goods.•Put up warning signs for vehicles and passerby.•Help with setting up and transferring temporary structures, i.e., scaffolding.•Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions.•Performs other duties as described under Helper.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications </strong></p>\n<p>•Demonstrated ability to interpret and follow written and verbal instructions.•Responsible for the health and safety of others. Practices good safety habits.•Perform a variety of duties which may often change.•Work within precise limits or standards of accuracy.•Repeat tasks of short duration according to a sect procedure.•Knowledge of trade tools, equipment, materials, methods, and techniques.•On-the-job training required.
