You’ll work alongside strong interdisciplinary teams, have autonomy in managing your schedule, and make a visible, day-to-day impact across a variety of community settings.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why This Role Stands Out</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Built In Variety:</strong> Work across day programs, residential group homes, shared living homes, and other community-based environments — no two days are the same.</li>\n <li><strong>Interdisciplinary Collaboration:</strong> Partner closely with medical, behavioral health, residential, day, and shared living teams.</li>\n <li><strong>Flexibility & Autonomy:</strong> Manage your own schedule while doing high-impact clinical work.</li>\n <li><strong>Values You Can Feel:</strong> Join an agency with a genuine commitment to person-centered supports.</li>\n <li><strong>Growth Without Limits:</strong> Access ongoing training, mentorship, and meaningful opportunities for professional development.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Minimum Education Required</h2>Master's Degree\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Promote PBS through training, implementing, modeling and tracking of Universal, Targeted and Intensive Behavior Supports and other evidence-based clinical interventions (e.g., motivational enhancement, cognitive and rehabilitation adaptations, substance use management, cognitive-behavioral therapies).  </li>\n <li>Develop and train Positive Behavior Support Plans and Psychotropic Medication Treatment Plans as needed, including accompanying data collection and monitoring systems.</li>\n <li>Work collaboratively and effectively within the multidisciplinary teams that include people receiving services, Shared Living Teams, Brain Injury Residential Supports Teams, Developmental Residential/Day Teams.</li>\n <li>Provide individual specific clinical consultation for people receiving services, their families and behavioral health and medical health care professionals as needed.</li>\n <li>Work with service referral teams by conducting referral assessments to determine psychiatric, functional, behavioral and cultural support needs, and participate in process to determine if identified support needs can be provided by Advocates.</li>\n <li>Develop/maintain data collection systems (including means to fade) for restrictive practices as needed.</li>\n <li>Ensure that individuals we support are treated with dignity and respect in accordance with Advocates’ Human Rights policy.</li>\n <li>Actively participate in all required supervisions and staff meetings.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Work collaboratively with Advocates’ support departments (e.g., Health Services, Quality Management, Risk Management, Fiscal, Human Resources, Facilities).</li>\n <li>Foster collaborative, proactive, and culturally responsive work with families of people receiving services.</li>\n <li>Work collaboratively with funders and prepare for and participate in funder-related meetings as needed.</li>\n <li>Maintain certifications for all mandatory trainings required by Advocates and funders’ regulations.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work or related field and eligible for Commonwealth of MA professional licensure (Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Rehabilitation Counselor OR a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor OR a Masters level Special Education Teacher. </li>\n <li>Minimum of three years of training, including post graduate</li>\n <li>Minimum of two years of training, including post graduate class work or formal training, and/or experience in function based behavioral assessment and treatment.</li>\n <li>Minimum of three years of clinical experience in the treatment of individuals with developmental disabilities and/or brain injuries.</li>\n <li>Strongly prefer that a candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of and competence in serving culturally diverse populations</li>\n <li>Ability to use an Electronic Health Record to document medical necessary clinical services.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Advocates is committed to cultivating a diverse and welcoming community where everyone feels respected and valued.
