This role is suited for a recognized industry expert who thrives on solving highly complex, unprecedented engineering challenges and influencing organizational strategy, compliance, and innovation. Key Responsibilities Lead resolution of critical and highly complex MRB issues Develop advanced repair methodologies and engineering standards Serve as technical authority for customers, leadership, and regulators Influence program strategy, risk mitigation, and compliance frameworks Represent the organization in high-level technical engagements Drive innovation in MRB processes, tools, and capabilities Mentor senior engineers and shape technical direction What This Role Is ✔ Strategic technical leadership role✔ High-impact decision-making authority✔ Industry-level expertise and influence What This Role Is Not ✖ Operational support role✖ Mid-level engineering position✖ Limited-scope technical work Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Structural Engineering, or related discipline (ABET preferred) 14+ years aerospace/MRB experience (commercial or military) Engineering degree must be ABET-accredited and recognized under the Washington Accord Previously held MRB signing authority or delegated technical approval within the past 3–5 years (preferred) Experience supporting Boeing commercial aircraft programs, particularly 737 and/or 787, or similar aircraft platforms Strong understanding of metallic and composite structures Solid knowledge of material properties, manufacturing methods, and their impact on aircraft performance Proficiency interpreting engineering drawings and specifications Working knowledge of SAP NCMS or similar nonconformance management systems Familiarity with CATIA V5 for drawing/model interrogation (preferred) Prior DOA experience, concessions training, TIPQA, or equivalent exposure is a plus Compensation & Benefits Three thousand dollars retention sign-on bonus after 90 days of successful employment Additional relocation bonus for out of state candidates Competitive hourly rate ($81) Five thousand dollars retention bonus after 12 months of employment 3 weeks (15 days) of paid time off and paid holidays Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) with company match Stable, office-based work environment Long-term role with retention incentive Supportive, collaborative engineering culture About Expleo Expleo is a global engineering, technology, and consulting service provider with 18,000 employees in over 30 countries.
