    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<h2><strong>MRB Design Engineer V</strong><strong>Location:</strong> Tulsa, OK On-site (Office-Based Role)</h2>\n<p>💰 <strong>Pay Rate:</strong> $81.00/hour🎯 <strong>Retention Bonus:</strong> $5,000 after 12 months🚚 Relocation support available</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Expleo is seeking a consultant-level <strong>MRB Design Engineer </strong>(Level 5) to provide top-tier technical leadership across aerospace programs.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role is suited for a recognized industry expert who thrives on solving highly complex, unprecedented engineering challenges and influencing organizational strategy, compliance, and innovation.</p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead resolution of critical and highly complex MRB issues</li>\n <li>Develop advanced repair methodologies and engineering standards</li>\n <li>Serve as technical authority for customers, leadership, and regulators</li>\n <li>Influence program strategy, risk mitigation, and compliance frameworks</li>\n <li>Represent the organization in high-level technical engagements</li>\n <li>Drive innovation in MRB processes, tools, and capabilities</li>\n <li>Mentor senior engineers and shape technical direction</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What This Role Is</h2>\n<p>✔ Strategic technical leadership role✔ High-impact decision-making authority✔ Industry-level expertise and influence</p>\n<h2>What This Role Is Not</h2>\n<p>✖ Operational support role✖ Mid-level engineering position✖ Limited-scope technical work</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Structural Engineering, or related discipline (ABET preferred)</li>\n <li>14+ years aerospace/MRB experience  (commercial or military)</li>\n <li>Engineering degree must be ABET-accredited and recognized under the Washington Accord</li>\n <li>Previously held MRB signing authority or delegated technical approval within the past 3–5 years (preferred)</li>\n <li>Experience supporting Boeing commercial aircraft programs, particularly 737 and/or 787, or similar aircraft platforms</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of metallic and composite structures</li>\n <li>Solid knowledge of material properties, manufacturing methods, and their impact on aircraft performance</li>\n <li>Proficiency interpreting engineering drawings and specifications</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of SAP NCMS or similar nonconformance management systems</li>\n <li>Familiarity with CATIA V5 for drawing/model interrogation (preferred)</li>\n <li>Prior DOA experience, concessions training, TIPQA, or equivalent exposure is a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Compensation & Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Three thousand dollars retention sign-on bonus after 90 days of successful employment</p></li>\n <li>Additional relocation bonus for out of state candidates</li>\n <li>Competitive hourly rate ($81)</li>\n <li><p>Five thousand dollars retention bonus after 12 months of employment</p></li>\n <li><p>3 weeks (15 days) of paid time off and paid holidays</p></li>\n <li><p>Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits</p></li>\n <li><p>401(k) with company match</p></li>\n <li><p>Stable, office-based work environment</p></li>\n <li>Long-term role with retention incentive</li>\n <li><p>Supportive, collaborative engineering culture</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<strong>About Expleo</strong> \n<p>Expleo is a global engineering, technology, and consulting service provider with 18,000 employees in over 30 countries.
