Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.</p><p><br></p><p>As the Public Area Attendant, you are responsible for effectively ensuring that guests are seated at a clean table within the shortest amount of time possible. You will maintain cleanliness of the following but not limited to restrooms, tables, chairs, patios, foyers, breezeway, basement hallways, stairwells, dock area &amp; office areas.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE</strong></p><ul><li>Provide the highest level of service to guests &amp; tenants</li><li>Greet and acknowledge guests</li><li>Have complete knowledge and understanding of food hall – tenant directory &amp; parking</li><li>Ensure all tables and chairs are cleaned and sanitized after each guest</li><li>Return any tenant china to tenant stall</li><li>Keep The Garage interior buildings, patio &amp; back of house areas clean of debris &amp; garbage</li><li>Enters and cleans only public space and designated BOH areas</li><li>Responsible for cleaning restrooms and restroom checks every 30 minutes</li><li>Dispose of trash as needed ensuring that trash in not being moved throughout The Garage during peak revenue times</li><li>Use downtime to maintain cleanliness. Always look for ways to be productive when there is time to spare – work on special projects as assigned</li><li>Keep mop sink and utility areas clean</li><li>Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following organizational standards and sanitation regulations</li><li>Ensure all cleaning bottles have proper MSDS label on bottle</li><li>Come in promptly and in full uniform for all scheduled shifts, including mandatory meetings</li><li>Never let the guest feel like they are inconveniencing you</li><li>Follow and abide by all policies written in employee handbook</li><li>Respect all your co-workers and managers</li><li>Leave a positive impression on the guest to ensure a return visit and potential word of mouth promotion</li><li>Have fun at work; leave baggage at the door; come to work with a positive attitude ready and willing to help create a fun and memorable experience for our guests</li><li>Thank the customers for visiting the establishment and ask them to come back again.</li></ul><p>GHG24</p>",
