Design, develop, implement, and support network solutions for IT projects.&nbsp;<br/><br/>Specific Responsibilities&nbsp;<br/>• Participates and documents systems requirements and authors solution designs&nbsp;<br/>• Reviews and provides feedback for system design solutions that will impact their area&nbsp;<br/>• Participates in establishing strategies and standards&nbsp;<br/>• Creates and manages system capacity plans&nbsp;<br/>• Leads, or participates, in installation and configuration activities&nbsp;<br/>• Develops and maintains procedures and system documentation&nbsp;<br/>• Performs systems resource optimization activities&nbsp;<br/>• Leads, or participates, in major updates supporting new requirements and maintaining systems currency&nbsp;<br/>• Leads or participates in implementation of resources management and monitoring methods, tools and threshold&nbsp;<br/>• Works on many phases of a project or entire projects of moderate complexity&nbsp;<br/>• Oversees monitoring, system access and resource administration&nbsp;<br/>• Participates in systems management, and Security Compliance activities&nbsp;<br/>• Supports resolution of production incidents&nbsp;<br/>• Routinely monitors all systems within their domain&nbsp;<br/>• Accountable for team dependencies and critical paths&nbsp;<br/>• Provides work breakdown planning and estimation&nbsp;<br/>• Reviews and evaluates the team’s estimates&nbsp;<br/>• Their work and others they may oversee within their domain&nbsp;<br/>• Identifies feature and module dependencies&nbsp;<br/>• Proposes mitigation plans for identified risks and problems&nbsp;<br/>• Accountable for team dependencies and critical paths&nbsp;<br/>• Anticipates risks and provides contingency solutions and timelines&nbsp;<br/>• Collects useful metrics and targets for domain&nbsp;<br/>• Suggests process improvements and best practices&nbsp;<br/>• Measurably improves processes and best practices to achieve goals&nbsp;<br/>• May research new technologies and methods, collaborating on solutions for multiple teams and features&nbsp;<br/>• Innovates measurable improvements&nbsp;<br/>• Stabilizes emerging technologies&nbsp;<br/>• Interacts with business users, and/or functional peer group and managers&nbsp;<br/>• Works with contract resources, providing guidance and assessing the quality of work&nbsp;<br/>• Assess the quality of work and effectiveness of the agreement with contract resource arrangement&nbsp;<br/>• Sphere of influence is team&nbsp;<br/>• Actively shares knowledge (technical and professional) through shared resources and informal teachings&nbsp;<br/>• Contributes and enforces best practices&nbsp;<br/>• Inspires teamwork and guides the team&nbsp;<br/>• Assists in career development plans for engineers&nbsp;<br/>• Mentors, cross trains co-workers within area of expertise&nbsp;<br/>• Improves others productivity&nbsp;<br/>• Participates in staff recruiting&nbsp;<br/>• Self directing and provides direction for others&nbsp;<br/>• Achieves team consent and buy-in\n  </div>\n  <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px 0px 0px 10px;\">\n   &nbsp;\n  </div>\n  <p><strong>Compensation, Benefits and Duration</strong></p>\n  <p>Minimum Compensation: USD 38,000<br/>Maximum Compensation: USD 133,000<br/>Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate.
