The Amazing Lash Studio® brand is the industry leader for eyelash extension and eyebrow services with a mission to create lasting beauty and confidence through passion, dedication and excellence so our guests will look and feel AMAZING!</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Promoting and selling Amazing Lash Studio® Membership and retail products to guests</li>\n <li>Assists Studio Manager with retaining current members</li>\n <li>Consistently creates a friendly environment for guests by welcoming and assisting as well as quickly responding to customer questions and needs</li>\n <li>Answers phone calls, book appointments, and enthusiastically greeting guests</li>\n <li>Assist in administrative tasks including filing and data entry of guests records and surveys</li>\n <li>Prepare guest records for treatments</li>\n <li>Participate in special events to promote the studio</li>\n <li>Maintains cleaning, organizing, and maintenance of lobby and studio public areas</li>\n <li>Maintains quality service by enforcing organization standards</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Customer service oriented</li>\n <li>Results oriented, metrics driven</li>\n <li>Sales experience preferred</li>\n <li>Basic computer skills</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask</li>\n <li>Must be outgoing, positive, cheerful, engaging, energetic, and resourceful</li>\n <li>Strong verbal and written communications skills</li>\n <li>Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal personnel and customers</li>\n <li>Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills</li>\n <li>Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays</li>\n <li>Millennium and/or Mindbody Salon Software experience a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Apply today to see if the Amazing Lash Studio® brand is a great fit for you.
