display: inline !important; float: none;\">location</span></strong> to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in our community health centers.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop evidence-based treatment plans in an outpatient setting.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide preventive care services, including screenings, immunizations, and health education.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage chronic disease (diabetes, hypertension, asthma) with a focus on quality outcomes and continuity of care.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care for patients within primary care.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary medical practice team to meet the needs of patients, coordinate patient care and referrals, and support the delivery of policy and procedures.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform within their professional boundaries and scope of practice.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Serve as an educational preceptor for the clinical staff including respond to questions/consultations of the staff, plan and teach in-services, follow medical protocols, handouts and clinical standards, assist in expanding the competencies of the clinical staff.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care, particularly for underserved population.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>&nbsp;Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Current, unrestricted Physician Assistant (PA) license in the State of Florida</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Certification by National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Current Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) required;
