We are seeking a highly motivated AI &amp; Automation Summer Intern to join our team in San Mateo and spearhead our AI &amp; automation initiatives.&#xa0;<br>\n<br>\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to participate in impactful projects that help to drive and shape the way Freshworks operates. You will have the opportunity to work with IT and various business teams in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, and Product to identify use-cases, design and propose AI solutions, build prototypes, and make implementation recommendations. You will also work with best-in-class enterprise applications, including Workday, Salesforce, Slack &amp; NetSuite.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Identify Use Cases:&#xa0;</strong>Work with business and IT teams to identify business challenges and process gaps that can be quantified and solved with AI solutions.&#xa0;</li><li><strong>AI Integration &amp; Automation:&#xa0;</strong>Use, research, test, and implement AI tools (e.g., LLMs, Gemini, Claude, or RPA) to find the best solutions for identified use cases.&#xa0;</li><li><strong>Prompt Engineering &amp; Data Querying:&#xa0;</strong>Develop optimized prompts and queries to extract actionable insights from large datasets pulled from our SaaS systems using Generative AI tools.&#xa0;</li><li><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration:&#xa0;</strong>Work closely with IT and cross-functional business teams to ensure automated solutions are secure and scalable.&#xa0;</li></ul>",
