About the Role We are seeking a reliable and proactive Production Support Specialist to support our high-tech production environment. In this role, you will ensure smooth material flow, timely replenishment, and uninterrupted production operations within our manufacturing area. You will play a key part in maintaining lean processes, reducing downtime, and supporting efficient cleanroom operations. Key Responsibilities • Ensure timely delivery and replenishment of materials, components, and consumables to production workstations. • Remove finished goods, scrap, and empty material containers from the production floor. • Manage Kanban systems and material call signals to support Just-in-Time production. • Monitor inventory levels at point-of-use and proactively escalate potential shortages. • Maintain clean, organized, and clearly labeled material staging areas in accordance with 5S standards. • Support adherence to cleanroom procedures, contamination control, and safety standards. • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to material flow, waste reduction, and operational efficiency. • Communicate effectively with operators, logistics, and supervisors to prevent production interruptions.
