          "text": "<p>About the Role</p><p>We are seeking a reliable and proactive <strong>Production Support Specialist</strong> to support our high-tech production environment. In this role, you will ensure smooth material flow, timely replenishment, and uninterrupted production operations within our manufacturing area. You will play a key part in maintaining lean processes, reducing downtime, and supporting efficient cleanroom operations.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>• Ensure timely delivery and replenishment of materials, components, and consumables to production workstations.<br>\n• Remove finished goods, scrap, and empty material containers from the production floor.<br>\n• Manage Kanban systems and material call signals to support Just-in-Time production.<br>\n• Monitor inventory levels at point-of-use and proactively escalate potential shortages.<br>\n• Maintain clean, organized, and clearly labeled material staging areas in accordance with 5S standards.<br>\n• Support adherence to cleanroom procedures, contamination control, and safety standards.<br>\n• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to material flow, waste reduction, and operational efficiency.<br>\n• Communicate effectively with operators, logistics, and supervisors to prevent production interruptions.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>Why Join Us?</p><p>This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to stable and efficient semiconductor production operations.
