Job responsibilities Support Vendor Risk Program leads with early escalation to HR Controls, Workforce Technology, and Workforce Data; ensure timely updates and effective decisions Maintain an effective issue tracking process for vendor risks; monitor, summarize concerns, and follow up on actions Lead weekly risk review meetings with HR Controls, HR Vendor Management, Workforce Technology, and Workforce Data executives; document decisions and action items Partner with stakeholders to clarify risks, decision rationale, and key factors Enhance risk review and issue management processes; support change adoption and provide SME guidance on vendor risk review and control topics Deliver regular program metrics and HR Operating Committee follow-up updates Manage high-visibility vendor risk initiatives and tasks Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders Enhance operations to strengthen risk visibility and escalation Continuously refine processes using feedback and industry best practices Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 5+ years of experience in risk management, business controls, vendor management, legal, sourcing, compliance, audit or related roles Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand stakeholder pain points, find the root cause of complex problems and provide creative solutions Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint and experience with data analysis tools and languages Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to lead meetings with senior leadership Ability to manage multiple global projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of delivering results Ability to build relationships and work with external and internal stakeholders Possess a process improvement mindset to create efficiencies Excellent time management and prioritization skills to ensure timely updates and follow up on action items Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Bachelor's degree Familiarity with supply chain management Experience with information security and cybersecurity Familiarity with machine learning techniques and tools Organization Our professionals in our Corporate Functions cover a diverse range of areas from finance and risk to human resources and marketing.
