      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>Responsible for making a good first impression, which can impact the success of the organization for a long time.</li>\n<li>Responsible for answering and routing calls, greeting resident and visitors, handling inquiries, and providing information.</li>\n<li>Monitor all apartment and cottage life safety systems, i.e. smoke detectors, emergency pull cords, living unit telephones and initiate emergency procedures as necessary.</li>\n<li>Conduct rounds to ensure a safe and pleasant experience.</li>\n<li>Monitor both vehicular and foot traffic in and around the WCBR campus.</li>\n<li>Assist in transporting residents to various locations as needed during emergencies.</li>\n<li>Respond to all fire, health and other emergencies according to WCBR policies.&nbsp; Assist and guide police, fire and other emergency personnel as needed.&nbsp; Investigate incidents and file reports as appropriate.</li>\n\n</div>"

      "content": "<div>\n<div>\n\n<li>Experience in Guest Services or Hospitality setting.</li>\n<li>Typically the Guest Services Member is the first line of employees that residents and guest visitors interact with, so a friendly, professional, and helpful attitude is required.</li>\n<li>Basic typing skills and basic knowledge of PC and word processing software required.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills.</li>\n<li>Available to work evenings and weekends as required.</li>\n\n</div>\n</div>"
