We provide a full range of industrial facilities maintenance and process maintenance services.</p>\n<h2>Job Summary</h2>\n<p>MOR PPM, Inc. seeks a grounds keeper in Catawba, SC. </p>\n<h2>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Operates equipment such as truck and mowing equipment</li>\n   <li>Uses small power-operated equipment including mowers, edger, clippers and other associated equipment used in landscaping and grounds maintenance.  </li>\n   <li>Cleans and makes minor repairs to equipment.</li>\n   <li>Performs routine maintenance on grounds equipment.</li>\n   <li>Performs various safety inspections, as required.</li>\n   <li>May be required to work overtime or alternate hours as necessary for the efficient operation of the department.  </li>\n  </ul><p><strong>Additional Duties:</strong></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>May mix pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers.</li>\n   <li>Performs related work as required.</li>\n  </ul> </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma from an accredited school or its equivalent.</li>\n <li>One (1) year of experience in general labor and grounds maintenance work.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Physical Demands</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to complete hiring paperwork electronically through DocuSign</li>\n <li>May be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds</li>\n <li>Must posses enough strength and stamina to perform the technical duties and essential functions as identified above</li>\n <li>Must be able to move in and around confined spaces and uneven areas</li>\n <li>Must have full range of motion consistent with age</li>\n <li>Must be able to climb and maintain balance ladders</li>\n <li>Must be able to adequately hear and respond to voice commands and alerts from other employees, alarms and other job-related noises</li>\n <li>Visual acuity, depth perception and color discrimination consistent with that required to work at heights and on uneven surfaces</li>\n <li>Safety/Steel toe shoes are required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#PPM</p>\n<h2>Equal Opportunity Employer</h2>As a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
