This role requires a friendly, energetic, and self-motivated person who loves the Lord Jesus and is able to work well with others, as well as by themselves. </span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Main Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Setting up rooms for classes and events </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Keeping the building and grounds clean</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Locking up after building is cleared</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Essential Duties and Responsibilities </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Room setups for classes and events - tables, chairs, tablecloths, tech setups, etc.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Some easy technical and A/V setups for classrooms and special events</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Floor cleaning - use industrial vacuums/equipment to keep hallways and classrooms clean on a regular basis</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Regular dusting, trash removal, spot cleaning </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Regular restroom cleaning - cleaning, mopping, restocking dispensers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Deep cleaning - quarterly/as necessary</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Occasionally drive church vehicles </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Seasonal outdoor/grounds upkeep - shoveling, salting, raking, trash pickup, etc.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Proficiencies Needed</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Valid driver's license and good driving record</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Own a working smartphone that can download apps</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Need to be comfortable being in a large building alone</span></li>\n</ul>",
