    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>&nbsp;</p><p>Hiring 2nd and 3rd shifts, starting wage is between $21.25 - $36.75 per hour. Wage is based on experience with the potential to make more.&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Job Responsibilities</u></strong></p><p>1.
