      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>You have 5+ years of experience in production, including time leading projects or teams in a media, publishing, or creative environment</li>\n<li>You are experienced in managing multiple productions at once and keeping teams aligned in fast-moving environments</li>\n<li>You have a strong understanding of the full audiobook production lifecycle, from planning through final delivery</li>\n<li>You are comfortable working across teams and can translate business or editorial goals into clear production plans</li>\n<li>You experience building and maintaining senior client relationships, instilling confidence and trust in Spotify's production capabilities.</li>\n<li>You have experience working with external vendors, including defining scope, timelines, and budgets</li>\n<li>You communicate clearly and build strong relationships with both creative and business partners</li>\n<li>You stay organized and adaptable when priorities shift, and you’re comfortable making decisions in ambiguity</li>\n<li>You care about creating inclusive, high-quality content and supporting a collaborative team environment</li>\n\n</div>"
