      "content": "<li><b>Option 1:</b> An 18-month paid relocation adventure to Minneapolis/St. Paul with loyalty bonus opportunities of <b>$5,000 at 12 months; $10,000 at 24 months and $15,000 at 36 months of employment</b> at any one of our Nebraska clinics.</li><div><br></div><li><b>Option 2:</b> A permanent relocation to the Twin Cities inclusive of a comprehensive relocation reimbursement package.</li><li>Upon completion of the 18-month assignment, you may decide to 1.) stay to earn additional loyalty bonuses or 2.) transfer to any other state that Bloomwell operates.</li><li>This opportunity is excellent for newly minted BCBAs looking for a new adventure or a tenured Clinical Director seeking to spread their knowledge. </li><li><b>$30,000 total in accrued bonuses </b>in addition to a competitive salary and performance bonus opportunity.</li><li>You will collaborate with a team of 4-7 other BCBAs at your assigned clinic, giving you access to extensive clinical knowledge and cooperative support.</li><li>Higher compensation that will continue to follow you from your Residency market back to our other regions options based on your reference.</li><li>&nbsp;<b>Paid relocation allowance</b>&nbsp;</li>"

      "content": "<li>Master's Degree and ABA coursework approved by BACB.&nbsp;</li><li>Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or <b>within 3 months</b> of taking the Boards.</li><li>State license, as required.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience working with children with autism and related disorders.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</li><li>A passion for building, growth and innovation.</li>"

      "text": "How You Will Nurture Your Patients and Teammates",
      "content": "<li>Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and implement individualized treatment plans for all patients on your caseload.</li><li>Supervise, provide feedback and ensure adherence to Bloomwell’s clinical quality standards for RBTs and any other support staff involved with patients at clinic.</li><li>Monitor and analyze patient data to adjust treatment plans and optimize patient progress.&nbsp;</li><li>Partner with caregivers to increase engagement and ensure they understand and implement ABA strategies at home.&nbsp;</li><li>Work collaboratively and collectively with Bloomwell teammates tocreate a positive environment focused on belonging and inclusion.</li>"
