    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>We’re seeking a future team member for the role of <strong>Senior Vice President, POM Product Manager (Product Owner) </strong>to join our Wealth Services Platform team. We especially welcome Product professionals who bring deep expertise in wealth services and who are passionate about shaping the future of financial services. This role is located in <strong>Jersey City, NJ.</strong></p><p><br><strong>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:</strong><br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of wealth services and trust services products, as a Product Owner of one or more high complexity pods.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Thrive in an environment with a large and established product backlog.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Foster cross-functional collaboration and ensure delivery of high-impact solutions aligned with business objectives and client needs.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage and prioritize product backlog, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, and working closely with development team to ensure the successful delivery of the product.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Negotiate the implementation of current work and make the right trade-off decisions to launch products in a high-quality manner.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Identify and triage issues with specific features, whilst understanding how multiple features are interrelated.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide advanced guidance on product management processes and methods to ensure products are aligned with client needs. Reviews final products and strategies for major project initiatives<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Define proper measurement and instrumentation for a product to analyze results post-release/launch.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Partner with manager to make recommendations on the right next steps for the feature.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Consistently maintain a customer mindset when supporting, developing, and delivering products.<br><br><strong>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: &nbsp;</strong><br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;7 or more years of experience in product development and delivery for the financial services or financial technology domain.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;7 or more years of experience in financial services industry, with strong background in wealth services.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Expertise in stakeholder management.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Relevant certifications (e.g., Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Agile) are valued.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience with agile methodologies, product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), and data visualization platforms.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Exceptional communication skills.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Curiosity and drive for continuous learning and improvement.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Possesses a “get-it-done” attitude – ability to get around roadblocks and stay focused on the vision.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Organized, resourceful, and able to prioritize tasks.<br>Interested in constantly learning new tools and technologies and a passion to share your knowledge with the team<br>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>",
