The Quality Specialist plays a critical role in improving patient outcomes through sustainable workflow changes, with a strong focus on health equity, population health, and regulatory measures including HRSA Clinical Quality Measures (CQMs), Uniform Data System (UDS) reporting, and value-based care metrics.</span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style='font-size: 16px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'><strong>Duties/Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style='margin-left: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Support clinic-level and organizational QAPI activities through data analysis, reporting, and interpretation of quality metrics</li><li style='margin-left: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Collaborate with providers, nurses, care managers, and leadership to translate data into actionable improvement plans</li><li style='margin-left: 0in;
